Glitch

I'm encountering a glitch where I cannot talk to Commander Jehan after retrieving the ring (I retrieved it after rescuing the Jehan). At present the Commander is sitting in a chair, but I'm not giving the option to speak to her, though the ghost of an option wheel is visible, suggesting I should be able to. Also, I'm using an Xbox One with up-to-date patches (just so you guys know which version).

Edit: She eventually stood up & it would then allow me to talk to her.
