Bug or design?[]

Is the information in bugs really a bug? If she didn't give Hawke the quest, she may not have a reason to leave the area, nor be aware of what had occurred. I think it may simply be part of the game design. Any thoughts?

I don't know about this bug, but I have one where I told that Keran was to be trusted, and she still showed up.--SpectreAngel (talk) 15:48, August 9, 2012 (UTC)
