Changes: Suspicious Lady

The Suspicious Lady is an envoy of an unknown organization. She is located in the northeast corner of the Hanged Man at night.

She will only be encountered if a save from Dragon Age: Origins - Awakening was imported in which the Warden-Commander saved the city of Amaranthine.

Involvement

This section contains spoilers for:
Dragon Age II.

The Suspicious Lady gives the quest Secret Rendezvous.

Hawke is instructed to kill a group of raider captains at the Docks who are conspiring to undermine the trade of the City of Amaranthine in Ferelden.

Upon completion of the quest, she rewards Hawke with either 2 for simply slaying the targets, or 3 if Hawke overheard the conversation beforehand.

To overhear the conversation, do not go down the steps where the raiders are. Instead go up the stairs to the left and listen to them talk on the ledge. Also there may be a group of bandits up there which attack you, but that does not interfere with the eavesdropping.
