Suspect Underthings is a plot item in Dragon Age: Origins. It can be found only in Leliana's Song DLC.

This note can be obtained by defeating Bann Perrin and his guards in the Denerim Market District and then looting his comatose body.

- See the quests Defeat Bann Perrin's Guards and Marjolaine's Vendetta for more information on its potential uses. This item must be used before Marjolaine is summoned or it will disappear from Leliana's inventory.
- It may be used to either further discredit the guard captain or it can be nailed to the Chanter's Board in front of the Chantry.
