This page will provide the locations of each crafting material needed for the supplier achievement/trophy. This achievement is particularly difficult because if the act is completed without one of the materials, then it is impossible to complete.

NOTE: Materials purchased from the Black Emporium do NOT count towards the achievement, however the fore mentioned materials can be utilized for the other crafting trophies.
