Background
A group of awestruck villagers are standing around a tree stump with a half drunk logger's axe embedded in it, they claim that whoever pulls it from the stump will become king, or queen, of all Thedas.

Notes
- None of the villagers have items that can be pickpocketed.
- Even with only 18 strength, there is no trouble removing it. It's doubtful there is any strength requirement.
- It is an extremely rare encounter, and it is unclear what events or conditions appear to increase the chance of encountering it. However it can be found between the Denerim region and the Bracelian region, some argue it is -only- when heading towards the Bracelian region but this is untrue, as it has been proven otherwise.
- Better results are found when the player has completed either the werewolves or the dalish elves loyalty/treaty quest, and the player saves while still in the Bracelian region. Restart your system (or reload client if pc) and load the save, then travel towards denerim. This has worked for me on 2 different characters, and 90% of the time when i reload that save and travel to denerim I encounter the strange wood.
