Stormchaser Mail is a part of the Stormchaser Armor Set.
Acquisition
The mail is purchased from Yuriah in Vigil's Keep - Throne Room.
Bugs
To get StormChaser Mail, you must first either rescue the Merchant under attack at the start of Awakening, or save Lilith in the random encounter and Yuriah's stock updates. But that being said, it is still very possible It will not apear in his stock and you won't be able to complete the set.
