The Stormchaser Helm is a part of the Stormchaser Armor Set.
Acquisition
The helmet is found in Vigil's Keep, up the ramp from where the quest called A Medical Necessity is received from a soldier.
This helm cannot be acquired after Vigil's Keep has been reclaimed.
