Iron Bull introduces the Inquisitor to Stitches during the Chargers' get-together at the Herald's Rest at Skyhold. According to Iron Bull, he makes very effective but bad-tasting healing potions, to which Stitches replies that they are not potions, but poultices.
Depending on Iron Bull's choice during Demands of the Qun, Stitches may die along with the rest of the Bull's Chargers.
