Description

Briefly during the Glory Age, the Nahashin Marshes were a kingdom under Lord Roux Marchette, who declared that Val Royeaux rule - always tentative at best - was over. While Orlais warred with the Elves, the marshes were left alone, but once attention turned to putting down the rebellion, forays were hard-put to even find their opponents. "King Roux" is a legend among the marshfolk, who portray him wielding a mighty axe against an Orlesian knight.
