Something Wrong is a main quest in Dragon Age: The Veilguard.
Acquisition[]
This quest is acquired automatically after both Where the Dead Must Go and The Dragon Slayer have been completed.
Walkthrough[]
Wardens Evka and Antoine believe the blight has changed, but they need more proof to show the First Warden.
Meet Evka and Antoine in the Hossberg Wetlands[]
Rook meets up with Antoine and Evka upon arriving. They express concern with the spread and behavior of the blight in the Hossberg Wetlands, as it is similar to what appeared in D'Meta's Crossing. This time, however, Antoine can hear another voice in the blight's song. The pair believes that they might be able to convince the First Warden on the changes in the blight provided they can find proof here. Antoine requests the team's help in retrieving samples from the blight boils near Lavendel.
Investigate the blight[]
Head South following the quest marker until reaching the first blight boil at the edge of the village. Destroy the blight boil and follow the blight to find 4 more samples. While exploring, the party will encounter groups of darkspawn and exploding blight that falls from the cave ceilings.
After taking a sample in the Flooded Farmlands area, the blight will burst open a nearby wall revealing an Ogre that attacks the team. Use the nearby ballista to deal heavy damage to the ogre as an optional tactic. The final sample can be taken from the blight boil in the wall. Head back to Evka and Antoine to deliver the collected samples.
Antoine confirms these samples are like nothing they've ever seen before, or that appear in Warden records either. He hears new voices in it, seemingly from the gods calling the blight. The First Warden joins the conversation, chastising Antoine and Evka for listening to Rook's lies. Despite the evidence presented by the team, the First Warden insists it changes nothing; Archdemons are the ones that control the blight, and they've yet to sense one has risen. Both Antoine and Evka are ordered to report back to Weisshaupt.

Results[]
Rumors of a blight surge in the Hossberg Wetlands bring Evka and Antoine to a remote village. If there's proof the blight has changed, they'll find it here - but gathering evidence won't be pretty.
Blight has surged through the Hossberg Wetlands. Strange new growths, almost like boils, have taken root through the area. Antoine thinks they're worth further study, and the team heads into a bleak wilderness to retrieve them.
Antoine and Evka tried to convince the First Warden that the blight was changed and the gods were responsible, but he refused to listen. It wasn't the outcome they wanted, but they weren't giving up there. Though ordered back to Weisshaupt, Antoine and Evka promised to keep investigating the blight and send word if they learned anything more.
