The Singing Maiden is a tavern located in Haven.
Background[]
The name of the tavern comes from a story about a torture device called "the Singing Maiden", which is depicted in the tavern's sign outside. The inn is owned by Flissa, an innkeeper from Denerim; brought there by Leliana. She spends all of her time standing behind the bar and chatting with Inquisition soldiers.
Involvement[]
Flissa will converse with the Herald when prompted, and if the Herald is human, she may even flirt with them. Maryden Halewell resides in the tavern and can be heard performing songs for patrons. If recruited, Sera will make the tavern her headquarters whilst in Haven; recruiting Sera will also allow for Maryden to write a song about her.
During assault on Haven, the Singing Maiden is burned down by Corypheus's forces, and Flissa is trapped inside under a pile of debris. If the Inquisitor fails to free her, she will be crushed when the roof of the tavern collapses on top of her. If she survives the destruction of Haven, she will pledge herself to the Chantry, and her position as the Inquisition's tavern keeper will be taken over by Cabot. She can, however, still be seen walking around Skyhold.
