Background[edit | edit source]
This merchant was one of those who auctioned permits to sell their wares in the Diamond Quarter as part of the festivities for the nomination of King Endrin Aeducan's middle son/daughter as the new commander. He acts as a merchant and as his name suggests, he is mostly selling luxurious clothing as well as gems.
When the Dwarf Noble approaches his booth, they can overhear a discussion between the silk merchant and a nobleman, in which the former tries to sell some clothing to the latter for 50 as they were crafted from skilled elven tradesmen with the best available material. When the nobleman finds the price outrageous, the merchant tells him that he saw Prince Bhelen wearing something similar, to which the nobleman is outraged saying that he isn't going to pay the merchant's exorbitant prices just to look like a poor imitation of Prince Bhelen and leaves.
If the Dwarf Noble talks to the Silk Merchant, he says how honored he is that his/her Highness visits his humble booth while he briefly describes his wares. However, Gorim disrupts him saying that the Dwarf Noble is a warrior, to which the merchant quickly apologizes. Regardless, the Dwarf Noble can take a look at his wares.
