• Rare random loot.
• Rare drop from revenants.
• Looted from Envy during the main quest Champions of the Just.
• Rewarded upon completing Restoring Michel de Chevin's Honor war table operation with any advisor.

Bugs

• Unequipping an item that decreases maximum health causes both maximum and current health of the wearer to increase. However, equipping the same item, doesn't decrease the wearer's current health, only their maximum health. Equipping and unequipping the item in succession heals the wearer to full health.
• While wearing armor imbued with Sigil of the Tusket and any pact belt, such as Belt of the Storm Pact, equipping another armor with Sigil of the Revenant causes the wearer to die instantly.
