Bottled Scar 5:34 Exalted - On a table in the Viscount's office.

Caste Treatise and House Accounting - On a corpse in Dead Man's Pass, during Blackpowder Promise.

Eustice's Pommel - In a sack inside the Bone Pit Mines during The Bone Pit (quest).

Grimoire of the Apprentice - In a sack near the exit of Sanctuary during Enemies Among Us.

Locks of the Golden Fool - A book in the Kirkwall Chantry.

Map of Occupied Kirkwall - Inside a crate in the Dalish Camp, behind Master Ilen.

The Paragon's Toe - Inside a crate in the smallest room upstairs of the Blooming Rose.

Redblossom Special - In a crate at the southernmost point of the Wounded Coast.

Remains of the Outlaw "Bearded Beast" - A body near the "leave area" marker at the Bone Pit.

Remains of the Outlaw Half-Braid Silsam - A body in the Disused Passage found beneath the Docks.

The Remains of Sister Plinth - A pile in the "Abandoned Mines" area in southeast Darktown, near Danzig.

The Seal of House Talwain - Inside a crate near the exit to the graveyard in Sundermount Passage.

Shawl of Dalesdottir - A crate in The Hanged Man during the day, down the hall from Varric's room.

All fetch quests reward 1 and 750 XP.

Lyrium-Laced Bilge Hoop - In a small barrel in the Deep Roads during Fool's Gold, near the other treasure. (This will be unavailable if importing a save from Awakening where Nathaniel Howe survived)

Swatch of the Jackyard - During Raiders on the Cliffs, kill and loot Fell Orden.

The One True Pantaloons - During Dissent, loot the Fine Dwarven Trousers from a dwarven mercenary.

Goosegirl Cameo - During Bounty Hunter you will kill a blood mage named Heborah de Soliere on the Wounded Coast. The item is supposed to be looted from his corpse, but a glitch prevents his body from being looted; thus rendering this quest undoable.

Wentworth's Sixth Finger - In a sack at The Bone Pit.

Waxler's Hat - In a sack in the Disused Passage at the Docks during the night.

Seal of the Old God Dumat - In a red crate in the same location.

The Eyes of Azure Jamos - After exiting Sundermount Passage, a "Crazed Loner" Mage will attack Hawke. The item is looted from his corpse.

"South-Song" Gerralt's Corpse - A body on the floor halfway through the Abandoned Thaig at Sundermount.

Ream-Rot Knife - A sack in the southern part of the Sundermount Caverns.
