Shield of the Knight Herself (Unrestricted) is acquired through the gift quest for Aveline of the same name.
Acquisition
Depending on the conversation with Aveline, you get this shield or the restricted version (which has altered stats and is restricted to only Aveline). Note that despite this "unrestricted" version being technically not limited to a specific person's use, Aveline actually cannot use this version of the shield. (As of v1.04 PC, Aveline is able to use this shield)
You'll receive this version if you pick the choices:
- "Then I'll take it back."

Be aware if you have the reaver spec tree, the aura of pain consumes ~20% of max hp instead of 5% like it should
