Shaevra is a elite soldier of Arl Howe and working like a bounty hunter with Paedan.
Involvement
Shaevra and Paedan set a trap for Grey Warden supporters by setting up a poster in the market calling for a "meeting of friends" at the Pearl brothel. During Trial of the Crows, Shaevra is one of Paedan's allies, along with two Qunari - Tennant and Jarvy.
