Acquisition[]
- Alis in Dock Town's Central Market
- Shadow Dragons faction shop: rank 4
- Rivain Coast - In a map-marked chest in a southwest room of the Warden Castle that is accessed using a wisp. This room is visited in the quest The Warden Vault and contains a lever for that quest.
- Black Emporium, if Minrathous was not saved.
- During The Returned Cultist Case, in a chest on the Arcane Bridge, which can be reached from the Sanctum Lusacan after talking to Rana and Elek and taking the stairs to the right.
- During The Eternal Hymn, in a map-marked chest in the west room of Isana Negat. The chest must be looted before triggering the final dialogue scene.
