Torrin is a Senior Enchanter living in the Fereldan Circle Tower. He is only encountered during the Magi Origin.
Involvement[]
Torrin is speaking with Niall about the Fraternities of Enchanters. If you choose to speak with him, he can provide a basic explanation of the fraternities, the different groups of mages within all Circles throughout Thedas. If you wish for him to sign your release form, however, he will ask that you provide a proposal for the experiment you wish to use the Rod of Fire for. As you cannot write a proposal, he will never sign your form.
It is likely that he became an abomination or died defending the Tower, as he is not seen during or after the events of the Broken Circle quest.
