Sandal's Special Rune is a weapon rune in Dragon Age II. It increases the chance of knocking enemies back when striking with the weapon which it's applied to. The rune is unique.

Acquisition

Sandal will give Hawke this rune the first time they speak to him in the Hawke Estate after the Deep Roads Expedition.

Notes

• Although the value of the knockback chance is not shown (even during enchantment), it's probably safe to assume that the knockback chance/effect may be the greater the more powerful the weapon is (as with other runes).
