• 31 27: One sold at the Weapon Shop in the Gallows Courtyard during Act 2.
• 37 50: Crafted, using Design: Rune of Impact.

Notes

• Physical damage is subject to mitigation by enemy armor, reducing this rune's weapon damage relative to its stated bonus.
• +# physical damage counts as an "element" for the purposes of assigning elemental damage bonuses. Effectively, the order for selection of the second effect is: Weapon rune > Elemental Weapons enchantment > secondary elemental damage. Thus, applying this rune to weapons with a built-in secondary elemental effect, e.g. Blade of Red Birth, will override the built-in effect.
