Changes: Rifts on the Bank

Rifts on the Bank is a side quest from the Jaws of Hakkon DLC for Dragon Age: Inquisition.

Active Fade rifts have been spotted on the Eastern Riverbank.

Acquisition

The quest is received after establishing the Cliffside Camp in the Frostback Basin.

Walkthrough

Close the rifts to complete the quest. Enemies scale to the party's average level, but within a min/max range. The rifts can be found at the following locations:

1. North-east of River Camp

- Wave 1: Despair demon (2), Wraith (2)
- Wave 2: Despair demon (4), Wraith (2)

2. North-west of Cliffside Camp

- Wave 1: Pride demon (1), Despair demon (1), Wraith (1)
- Wave 2: Greater Shade (5), Fear demon (1)

Note: The Fear Demon may also summon Fearlings.

- 5,263 XP
- 600 Influence
- 2 Power
- Loot always includes:
  - Pure Lightning Essence, Pure Frost Essence, Pure Spirit Essence and/or Pure Fire Essence ~2
  - Veil Quartz ~3
  - One Tier 3 Masterwork Metal
  - Tier 3 Common Metal ~13
  - Savage Thorn

Rift 2
- 5,263 XP
- 600 Influence
- 2 Power
- Loot always includes:
  - Pure Lightning Essence, Pure Frost Essence, Pure Spirit Essence and/or Pure Fire Essence ~2
  - Veil Quartz ~6
