Changes: Rifts in the Canyons

Rifts in the Canyons is a side quest in Dragon Age: Inquisition.

Active Fade rifts have been spotted in the canyons.

Acquisition

The quest is acquired upon first entry in the Western Approach.

Walkthrough

Close all fade rifts to complete the quest. Enemies scale to the party's average level, but within a certain range. The fade rifts spawn two waves of demons, but the exact type of demons spawned may vary. The rifts can be found in the following locations:

1. South of the Lost Spring Canyon Camp

Enemy levels ?-11
Option 1:
- Wave 1: Rage Demon (1), Terror (1)
- Wave 2: Rage demon (1), Terror (3)
Option 2:
- Wave 1: Rage demon (1), Terror (1), Wraith (2)
- Wave 2: Rage demon (2), Terror (2), Wraith (2)

2. North of the Lost Spring Canyon Camp

Enemy levels ?-11
Option 1:
- Wave 1: Rage demon (1), Terror (1), Wraith (2)
- Wave 2: Rage demon (2), Terror (2), Wraith (2)
Option 2:
- Wave 1: Rage demon (1), Wraith (2)
- Wave 2: Rage demon (1), Shade (2), Wraith (3)
Option 3:
- Wave 1: Wraith (1), Shade (4)
- Wave 2: Rage demon (1), Shade (5)

Rewards

Rifts 1 and 2: 512 XP
200 Influence
2 Power

There is no additional reward for completing the quest.
