Rifts in the Basin is a side quest in the Jaws of Hakkon DLC for Dragon Age: Inquisition.
Active Fade rifts have been spotted in the Shallows and on Endarsen Pass
Acquisition
The quest is received after establishing the Swampside Camp in the Frostback Basin.
Walkthrough
Close the rifts to complete the quest. Enemies scale to the party's average level, but within a min/max range. The rift can be found at the following location:
