The Regalia of Weisshaupt is a set of armor that may be acquired from various locations during the Legacy (quest) as part of the Legacy DLC in Dragon Age II.
This variant of the armor can only be obtained by playing a mage; and like the rogue and warrior versions, the locations of the armor remain unaffected whatever Hawke's class is.
Background
I find myself drawn inexplicably to the principal seal. My waking moments are consumed by thoughts of it. I make excuses so that I might visit it. Then there are the journals of the Warden mage who created the seal using the artifact known as the key: What is the key? Can the seal be broken without it?
I have begun to suspect that these thoughts are not my own. Close scrutiny of my emotions and thoughts have led me to the frightening conclusion that this obsession was planted in me by the creature they call Corypheus. Corypheus wants me to learn about the seal and key so that he may pluck the knowledge from my mind. Corypheus wants to be free, and he will stop at nothing to achieve his goal.
—From the journal of Erasmus, a Grey Warden mage who, shortly after penning this entry in 1012 TE, threw himself off the highest level of the prison tower
The Vimmark Mountains are impassable save for a few little-known caravan routes. Most travelers who need to cross the range sail along the coast instead. This makes the central Vimmarks remarkably isolated, perfect to conceal so significant a secret.
Once construction of the prison commences, I recommend we spread word that our outpost is both to guard the pass and to establish a greater Grey Warden presence in the Free Marches.
If I may be so bold, I would also like to volunteer to be one of the Wardens sent to the Vimmarks. I hope you will consider my request.
—From a report by Margarethe, senior Grey Warden, to the First Warden at Weisshaupt
