Acquisition
Red Run Streets is acquired in the same manner as Hometown Breed, Kind of Want, Pier Pressure, Sharp Little Pinpricks, Secret Rendezvous, and Reining It In. As you explore the area (in this case, Hightown), you will be attacked by groups of enemies (in this case, Bloodragers and Bloodrager Thralls). After defeating the majority of these groups, the location of their hideout/secret base is revealed. In this case, it is a Suspicious House just south of the Merchant's Guild in Hightown.
Walkthrough
Upon entering the Suspicious House, you are attacked by a group of Bloodragers, Bloodrager Thralls, and the leader of this particular gang, Jakeson "The Bleeder" Hall. As with the other quests of this type, you may have to explore the area to find and kill all the gang members before the quest triggers completion. You shouldn't have to leave the area, however.
Once the gang is defeated, the quest is over, and it is time to loot.
Rewards
Assorted gold and silver from the various kills, as well as Top Chop Brand, a Two-Handed battle-axe. It hits with 31 physical damage(51 per second), +102 attack, +6% critical chance, and +10% physical damage. It requires a two-handed specialist warrior and 33 strength to wield. There is also a chest in the room that can be looted for additional coin.
