• During The Siege of Weisshaupt, in a map-marked chest on a scaffold above the blight-blocked door at the First Wall. Shoot the ladder to the left of the doorway to reach the chest.
• Sold by the Grey Wardens faction merchant.
• Hossberg Wetlands - In a map-marked chest near a ballista in the Inner Courtyard zone, which is first accessible during The Cauldron.
• During House of the Dead, in a chest at the far west end of the crypt in the Backthorne Courtyard. If missed, this chest will also be available during The Sacrifice of Souls.
• During House of the Dead, in a chest at the exit from The Fade.
