Captain Querth is the leader of the Shallowguard gang which prey on the citizens of Hightown by night.

Captain Qerth leads his gang of imitation guards in their campaign to rob the denizens of Hightown. Hawke encounters Qerth along with a contingent of his gang at their "barracks" and slays Qerth in the battle.
