Walkthrough
If you accepted Dougal's loan in the Friends in Low Places quest, he returns here in an attempt to extort additional payment from Hawke. This replaces Finding Home as the opening "quest" of Act 2 and unlocks Blackpowder Courtesy and Prime Suspect on completion.
