Pier Pressure is a side quest in Dragon Age II.
Acquisition
In Act 1 go to the Docks at Night and kill all the Red Teeth groups that are around the Docks, or receive it as you complete the Secret Rendezvous quest.
Walkthrough
The Redwater Teeth are all over the Docks. You may need to leave the area and come back to spawn other groups but the main idea is to kill ALL Red Teeth members in the Docks(Night) area to acquire this quest.
After you have killed all of the Redwater Teeth in the Docks(Night) area, you'll receive a message that says:
Directions to the Redwater Teeth Base
Keep your eyes inland. We got a new home here in the docks, but Leech don't want no one to spoil it until we're in too deep to dig out. You know how he deals with people who try to take what's his. Here's the route. Don't overuse it.

Once you've received the message, a quest marker will appear at the Redwater base.
Location of Redwater Teeth Hideout.
Simply go inside and kill them all.
Note: the base is inaccessible until you have defeated all of the Redwater Teeth in the Docks area.
This quest is only marked as complete when all of the Redwater Teeth in the HQ are killed.
After completing this quest, you can go to The Hanged Man (Night) and receive Gold and EXP from the woman titled A Friend in one of the back rooms.
