Forged upon the Anvil of the Void, this item can be given by either Paragon Branka or Caridin, after you side with one of them during the conclusion of the A Paragon of Her Kind quest line.

- As the description says, this crown is destined to be given to one of the two candidates for the throne of Orzammar: Prince Bhelen Aeducan and Lord Pyral Harrowmont.
