Oswyn is the son of Bann Sighard of the Dragon's Peak bannorn.
Involvement[]
Oswyn is encountered during the quest Tortured Noble.
One of Oswyn's childhood friends was a soldier at Ostagar. He revealed to Oswyn that he was ordered to leave the field before King Cailan was overrun by darkspawn. After revealing this information, his friend went missing. Oswyn began a search for him, but after he accepted a drink from a stranger, he found himself in Arl Howe's dungeon.
When the Warden finds Oswyn, he is on the rack. If he is rescued, his father will always support the Warden in the Landsmeet and it is possible to gain some monetary reward as well.
