Oskias is a smuggler in the Dwarf Commoner Origin.
Involvement
Beraht tasks the Warden with dealing with a smuggler that is holding out on him. Oskias can be found in Tapster's Tavern seated at a table. When confronted, he attempts to bribe the Warden and Leske with a nugget of lyrium in exchange for his life. The Warden can accept the bribe, intimidate him into giving both nuggets, kill him and confiscate the nuggets, or let him go.
