This item can be found in an unlocked chest (Ortan Thaig Chest) in the Ortan Thaig near an ancient and abandoned dwarven settlement.

- This item can be given to Orta as part of Lost to the Memories quest in order for her to have proof that she belongs to the extinct noble House Ortan.
