Opening the Roads is a war table operation in Dragon Age: Inquisition.

Available after capturing Caer Bronach, Griffon Wing and Suledin Keep, and then conversing with Bonny Sims back at Skyhold.
Operation text[]
While the Inquisition has done much to remove threats from the roads of Orlais and Ferelden both, it is not the same as reliably securing trade routes. An altogether more expensive proposition, Bonny Sims nevertheless feels the Inquisition is on the cusp of achieving it. With further commitment, the Inquisition can arrange that merchants of our various interests will be free to bring their wares. It is well worth the effort.

Bugs[]
- The Short List Inquisition perk seems to have an unexpected interaction with this war table operation. The operation must be completed prior to obtaining the perk thus allowing for the merchant's stall to physically appear in Skyhold. If the perk is acquired prior to completing the operation, then the merchant's stall will remain invisible indefinitely, and may also potentially prevent the merchant's wares from being interacted with.
