Old Simeon's Cave is a small grotto in the Hinterlands, found southwest of the Forest Inquisition Camp located in Hafter's Woods.

After establishing the Forest Inquisition Camp in the Hafter's Woods region of the Hinterlands, the Inquisitor learns of an open rift in a cave found to the southwest.
After closing the fade rift, multiple onyx veins can be accessed, as well as several deep mushrooms nodes. The cave offers shelter to those seeking to distance themselves from the savage wildlife and menacing thugs who roam the region.
A corpse holding a farewell letter can be looted in the small nook located near the northern most edge of the cave. The nook is situated behind and to the right of the petrified tree.

- Found inside the cave to the right, where the ceiling opens up, next to an onyx vein.

- After closing the rift, the cave icon will disappear from the World map, and in its place will be just a small clearing.
