The University of Orlais has requested bloodstone and obsidian samples for a geological survey of the Emerald Graves.

Randomly obtained from the requisition officer at any of the Inquisition camps within the Emerald Graves.
Walkthrough Edit
Collect the following items:
Bloodstone (10)
Obsidian (5)
Return to any requisition table and craft the item "Emerald Graves Geological Survey".
