Location	Obtained in the Winter Palace's Grand Ballroom, from a plaque in front of Etienne I's portrait.

The Valmont Emperors can be found on a plaque in front of the portrait of Emperor Etienne I in the Winter Palace's Grand Ballroom. The portrait is located in the north-east corner of the room, not far from the exit to the Vestibule.
