Mysterious Note can be found on the notice board outside the Shadow Dragons' headquarters in Glandivalis Square in Dock Town after completing A Shroud Over the Light side quest. Picking up this note initiates the Rituals for the Risen side quest. A second note appears on the same board after completing The Cobbled Swan Case. Picking up the second note initiates the Last Rites side quest.
