I haven't seen Mellise all day, uncle. She disappeared after setting out the bedclothes last night. One of the palace maids had to help me into my luncheon dress. —E
Elita! You left some sticky-fingered scullery wretch lace up your Montfort silk gown? Have one of the footmen look for Mellise, and tell him to lay a few stripes on that elf's backside when he finds her. —S
