A Letter at an Abandoned Campsite can be found in the Hinterlands, in an "abandoned campsite" located northwest of the Redcliffe Farms Inquisition Camp (towards the edge of the World Map), in Dead Ram Grove. Reading the note initiates the side quest Letter from a Lover.
