Not Everyone's Free is a side quest in Dragon Age: Inquisition.
The Freemen have taken residents of Watcher's Reach captive.
Acquisition
Obtained by speaking with the captive Gertrude in the Veridium Mine during A Fallen Sister, or picking up the key.
Walkthrough
- Gertrude asks you to find the key to the cells which is found in the mine
- Loot the key from the top of a barrel just before the stairs (on the left, facing away from the cells) then unlock the cells to complete the quest.
Rewards
When you pick up the key:
- 242 XP
- 80 Influence
When you unlock the cells:
- 242 XP
- 80 Influence
Notes
- Gertrude becomes a merchant in either Watcher's Reach or Argon's Lodge.
Cole Approves when you speak to Gertrude after she has set up as a merchant.
