Norah can be encountered in the Hanged Man, talking to customers.
One patron asks her to spend some time with him which she quickly rejects by saying to that she wouldn't spend time with him even if he were the last man in Kirkwall.
One customer asks her why the place is called The Hanged Man. She tells him that sometimes people who ask stupid questions are hanged from the rafters. After the Deep Roads Expedition, Norah says that Varric told her they found a pair of magical pantaloons in the Deep Roads that glows when darkspawn are near.
After Hawke defeats the Qunari and visits The Hanged Man, she's amazed that the Champion of Kirkwall is visiting the Hanged Man. She also makes a comment about Hawke defeating the high dragon in the Bone Pit.

- Norah makes a comment about magical pantaloons that glow when darkspawn are near. This is a reference to an unmarked easter egg quest involving various precious-metal pantaloons that continued through Baldur's Gate, Baldur's Gate II, BGII: Throne of Bhaal and to the sword Sting in The Lord of the Rings.
