Missing in Action is a side quest in Dragon Age: The Veilguard. This quest is available only if Rook chose to save Minrathous instead of Treviso.

Speak with Chance Candide in the Crows' HQ. Showing him the necklace from the previous quest will start this one.
Walkthrough[]
When another Crow goes missing, the team must investigate their last known location to find what's become of them.
Find the missing Crow[]
Travel to the way point and climb up the trellis. Then, climb up the ladder on the ledge. When you get on the rooftop several darkspawn will attack. Kill them and then destroy the blight boils. Destroy the central blighted boil and a darkspawn, Blighted Fletcher, will jump out. Kill the darkspawn. Reinforcements will arrive periodically; be careful of the blight bombs Fletcher throws
Investigate Fletcher's corpse and collect a tube with notes. Take this back to Chance at the Crows' HQ.

After the blight turned someone he knew into a darkspawn, Chance Candide asked the team to seek out another missing person: Fletcher, a Crow merchant who was clandestinely investigating suspicious Antaam movements.
