Merchant (Winter Palace)

The Winter Palace Merchant is a merchant made available with the addition of the Trespasser DLC for Dragon Age: Inquisition; her shop can be found in the courtyard of the Winter Palace.

Background[]

This merchant sells weapons, vitaars, accessories, crafting materials and Bianca upgrades. The merchant is located west of the Winter Palace's Main Plaza, just opposite the Gilded Horn Tavern.

The Winter Palace Merchant's wares are unlocked upon completion of the main quest Doom Upon All the World and Attend the Exalted Council war table operation.
