Melindra is a sergeant of the city guard of Kirkwall.
Involvement
She is encountered in Lowtown, during Act 1, where she will break up a crowd where a con man is selling the Sacred Ashes of Andraste. Talking to her after the crowd dispersed, will initiate the quest Miracle Makers. Speak to her again when the quest is done to receive a reward.
