Meeran is a character in Dragon Age II.
Background
Meeran leads the mercenary band known as the Red Irons.
Entry into Kirkwall
Hawke must side with either the smugglers or the mercenaries in order to help get into Kirkwall, as part of Gamlen's plan. As a test of ability, Meeran requests that Hawke kill a nearby nobleman. Hawke can choose to kill the nobleman, or take a bribe in exchange for the nobleman's life.
