Acquired from a glyph revealed with veilfire at one of the following three locations:

• Inside the Waterfall Cave located on the Storm Coast; see side quest Rift at the Falls and Keeping the Darkspawn Down;
• Inside the southernmost cave located in The Black Fens region of Crestwood; (and)
• On the Watcher's Canyon path located south of Watcher's Reach in the Emerald Graves.

Notes

• The glyph discovered first will always reveal the Lightning Rune Schematic. The second glyph will always reveal the Master Lightning Rune Schematic. And the third glyph located will always reveal the Superb Lightning Rune Schematic. The schematics are always found in order of increasing quality, regardless of the location in which the glyphs are found.
• The Waterfall Cave glyph is located halfway in the cave on the left; the veilfire brazier can be found further in near the Dwarven statue and waterfall.
• The Watcher's Canyon glyph is located on the path heading south on the right; the veilfire brazier can be found inside Watcher's Reach.
