A small nondescript house just off a street on the western side of the Denerim Market, this unassuming abode is actually a safe house of the Orlesian Bard Marjolaine.
Involvement
After the raid on the Arl of Denerim's Estate, Marjolaine, Leliana, Tug, Sketch and Bonny Lem, retreat here to regroup until they leave.
After Leliana and the Warden defeat the assassins that were sent after her in a random encounter, the Assassin Leader directs them to this home as the location of where those who contracted him and the other mercenaries are located. It is eventually found that it is the home of Marjolaine.
