- The ability's effect appears to trigger merely when the mage's barrier fully depletes, regardless of whether or not an enemy depleted it
- If friendly fire is enabled, Mana Surge will occasionally Freeze allies within range.
Bugs[]
- As of Patch 10, the effect will apply to all party members who have an active Barrier cast by a mage with this passive.
